A silver eyes girl is standing in the corner staring at the space while tears roll down her cheeks. Her father punish her because she sleep longer than he told her. She is standing there for the last 2 hours and now her legs are hurting so much. She said sniffling wiping her running nose: "sorry sir"

He said angrily slapping her: "I told you not to sleep so long then why did you break rules?"

She holds her cheek which is stinging and keeps her eyes down sobbing quietly. He said blankly giving her money: "here, go and bring me a beer"

She nodded her head quickly don't want to anger him. She rushes outside the house and starts walking towards the shop to buy her father beer or he will be angrier. She went towards the shop and ask for a beer, the shop owner know her father so he give her tha beer bottle and she give him the money.

She holds the bottle tightly in her hands and starts walking toward the house when she hears a few sounds like someone is in pain from the alleyway. She is scared but she can't ignore the pleadings sound. She walked toward the place slowly don't wanting to make any noise.

She saw a man on his knees pleading with the man in front of him crying loudly. The other man who is standing in front of him is like it's not affecting him. There are a few more men's around them standing in a protective mode. She frowns and saw him crying loudly but she can't help him, they are so many people.

She mumbles pouting: "I no leave him"

She think a little then she remembered she saw on Tv how they talk to bad men's and other men run away. She said smiling: "Li help him"

She take a deep breath and went towards them with wobbly legs because of the fear. She said rubbing her foot on the road: "hello mister"

The man look at the little girl who looks up at him with her soft sliver eyes which corners are black. He gets memorized by her eyes and raise one eyebrow at her. She said pouting: "I forgot the way to go out"

She gives a sign to the man on the ground with her other hand but what she doesn't know is that Adrian saw that he find it cute and is also get amazed by her bravery. The guard said blankly: "boss"

Adrian said blankly in a deep scary voice: "leave him"

Liliana said smiling at him: "thank you, mister. It's bad manners to hurt people"

He give a sign to the guards and they said simply to the man on the floor smirking: "c'mon we will get you to your home"

The man eyes widened but they drag him away. Adrian said blankly: "what's your name?"

Liliana said pouting: "ahh no tell sir or he angry again"

He kneels in front of her and looks at her cute face. Her chubby cheeks, cute button nose, pouty lips. She is looking pale and weak. He asked again: "I wouldn't complain to anyone, what's your name baby?"

Liliana mumbled holding the bottle tightly in her hands: "Liliana mister"

He nodded but his heart warmed at her soft and angelic voice. She is exactly like how he wanted his daughter an Angel but he never had one. Even his sons are all like him. He pushed that thought away then asked: "why you're alone here? Where are your parents?"

She remember her sir and her eyes widened in fear of getting hit again. She said quickly: "sorry mister, I leave"

He is going to say something but she already run to the exit of the alleyway. He said under his breath: "Liliana, I will find out and get to know how you get those scars on your neck and hands"

He said blankly sitting in the car: "follow that little girl"

They followed Liliana on the way back to her house and she went inside the house. He said blankly to one of the guards: "go and check what's happening there?"

He nod and quickly went towards the house. He saw the man is beating the poor girl mercilessly while she is crying her heart out. He rush back to his boss and said blankly: "boss, bad news. A man is beating that little girl"

Adrian's eyes darkened with anger and he hopped off the car and went towards the house. He knocks on the door angrily and a man opens the door. He point the gun at his head and growled: "where is Liliana?"

He backed away and asked shaking in fear: "who are you?"

Adrian growled: "where the fuck is Liliana?"

He pointed towards the room and Shadow growled: "get him. I will deal with this motherfucker later"

Adrian walk towards the room and kicked open the door. His heart clenched painfully when he saw her limp body on the floor while blood is dripping from her nose. He rushed towards her and check her pulse then said blankly: "call the doctor to be ready"

He pick her in his arms and went towards his car. He keep on trying to wake her up but she didn't. He is getting worried because she isn't waking up. They reach the hospital and he hopped off the car quickly. They get her inside and the doctor gets her inside a room.

Adrian is outside the room starting at the door blankly but inside he is worried. She made his heart melt in just one sight and he can't lose her. God can't do this to him, he loves her and he can't get her away from him now. He will keep him, protect her and love her. She is now his daughter.

A nurse came with a form and asked: "what's the little girl name sir?"

He said blankly: "Liliana"

She asked simply: "age"

He didn't ask her age but she must be 3 or 4. He said blankly: "maybe 3 or 4"

She frown then asked: "what's your relationship with that girl?"

He looks at her then at the door where Liliana gets taken. He sighed then said blankly: "she is Liliana Rodriguez, my daughter"

She wrote it down then walk away. It's been two hours and the doctor came out. Adrian asked blankly: "what happened?"

The doctor said simply:  "she is now fine sir but she is too weak and little. She is not conscious but she will wake up soon"

Adrian felt relief hearing that then asked blankly: "anything else"

The doctor said simply: "she had so many scars on her body but thank God she doesn't have any broken bones or anything serious. She will take some time to recover properly. A good and happy environment is going to work more than good and healthy food"

Adrian said blankly: "thanks, we can take her home"

The doctor said blankly: "we will discharge her tomorrow morning"

Adrian nod and went to her room. The doctor left in the hallways and Adrian guards stands outside the room. Adrian walk towards her and caresses her cheek then said gently: "spree for not being able to save you before Liliana"

Her eyebrows furrowed and a little pout on her lips. She mumbles something then slowly open her eyes. She rub her eyes then said pouting: "water"

Adrian pour some water for her in the little cup on the table and helped her get up. He helped her in drinking water then she said smiling: "hello kind mister"

He smile at the cute nickname she give him then said simply: "how are you feeling?"

She look around then saw she isn't in the house then asked frowning: "where?"

He said simply: "we're at hospital baby"

She frown then asked: "sir"

He says blankly: "he was a bad man for hurting a baby like you so God get h for punishment"

She said pouting: "please tell God no punishment. It's hurt so bad"

He said simply: "okay no punishment but God said you will come with me to my house"

She asked with fearful eyes: "will you also give me ouchies?"

He said gently caressing her cheek: "never baby"

She smile at him then said yawning: "I sleepy"

He said gently: "first eat something that you can go to sleep"

She asked with a pout: "no ouchy"

He said gently: "never"

He call his guard to bring something for her to eat and his head guard Tyler came inside. He smiles at the little girl on the bed and she also smiles back at him. Adrian isn't a person who felt jealous of anyone but now that little girl makes him jealous. He shook his head and get the tray fr him then said blankly: "you can leave now"

He said gently holding a spoon in front of her mouth: "here"

She smiles and eats taking small bites. She just eat her fourth plate then said pouting: "full"

He look down at the plate then sighed because he understand she came from which place and what it will take. her time to recover properly. He helped her to drink water then lay down. She gives him her brightest smile then close her eyes. He keeps stroking her hair making her fall asleep for some time.

He said blankly: "my daughter, my little princess Liliana Rodriguez. I will never let you go now"

Chapter Two

Third-person pov

Sitting looking out of the window with big eyes. She went out of the house but nothing far away. She always went to the shop to buy her father beer. She had never anything as pretty and colourful then buildings, cars and other things which is exciting her.

She said pointing towards a big building: "wow, what's that?"

Adrian looked at the building then said simply: "building"

She frown and look at him confused so he said gently: "a big house but here people work"

She nods her head in understanding then asked: "where going?"

Adrian said gently: "my home baby"

Liliana said pouting: "you live alone kind mister"

Adrian told her to call him by his name but she said she like him that so he key her to call him whatever she like. He said smiling at her cuteness: "no baby, I have four sons"

She asked smiling: "your babies"

He said with a chuckle: "No baby, they are not babies now. They're big boys"

Liliana said simply: "oh okay kind mister"

He pats her head then said simply: "are you hungry?"

She shook her head in no. He said blankly: "stop at some shop"

Tyler stop the car in front of the shop and said simply: "we're here boss"

Liliana said smiling: "your voice is so nice"

Tyler said smiling back at her: "thank you miss Liliana"

Adrian rolled his eyes then said blankly: "come, baby"

Liliana hopped off the car with him and hold his coat in her tiny fists. She is wearing a white top with a blue denim skirt looking like a walking doll. Adrian and Liliana walk inside the shop and she said looking here and there: "so big and pretty"

Adrian said simply: "come, baby"

They went towards the snacks row then said simply: "get anything you want"

She said pouting: "but li no know that food"

Adrian also doesn't know much about the snacks and all this. He said simply picking a plain chips pack: "here, you can try this"

Liliana says smiling: "thank you kind Mister"

Adrian asked gently: "do you want anything else?"

She said shaking her head in no while holding the chips tightly in her other hand smiling brightly at the so big pack. Adrian nod then he remember she like spicy food just like she told him this morning. He said simply picking another pack of spicy chips: "you will like this one I guess"

She said simply: "two-two"

He said gently: "yes"

She said smiling: "wow thank you"

He nods at her then picks two chocolates, a few candies packs and picks two apple juices. They went to the counter and Liliana is holding her chips packs tightly in her fist making Adrian coo at her cuteness. The counter lady said smiling at the little girl: "can I have this dear?"

Liliana looks at her then back at the chips packs with a little pout. She said pouting: "but it's my"

She smile at her cuteness but before she and Adrian can say anything, she said trying to reach the counter height while giving that one pack of chips to her: "you one and Li one"

She smile at her cuteness and Adrian said gently: "they both are your baby, She is just asking for the scan"

Adrian gets both packs from her hand and put them on the counter. He picks her in his arms to show her what the counter last is doing. She scans the items then put them in a bag. Adrian pays for the things and she gives the bag to him. Adrian is going to grab the bag but Liliana quickly get it and hold it tightly then said smiling at the lady: "thank you, pretty lady"

She said smiling at her: "God bless you, dear, always stay like that"

She wave her bye and they went back to their car. Liliana said waving at him: "we back again"

He chuckle at her cuteness then said smiling: "sure miss Liliana"

Adrian sat her inside the car and sat next to her. Tyler went back to driving swat and they sped off to the road. Liliana asked looking at Adrian: "I eat"

He said smiling: "sure baby, everything is for you. Eat whatever you want"

Liliana quickly opens the bag then start looking at everything while thinking about what to eat. She opens a chips pack and takes chips from it. She take a small bite then said pouting: "oh plain"

She asked looking at Adrian: "waste food"

He look at her confused not understanding what she is trying to say. She said again: "I open it now I no eat waste food. Sir angry"

He understands now what she is trying to say so he said gently: "it wouldn't get waste baby, you just eat whatever you want"

She said smiling at him: "thank you, Adrian"

He smiles when she calls him by his name. He said gently: "you don't need to thank me for anything baby"

She opens back the pack of chips inside and opens the other one. She take a bite from it then said smiling: "huh tasty"

She starts eating it happily. She eats one-fourth part of the chips then put this also back in the bag. She pick the chocolate but it didn't excite her so she pull the juice can. She said showing Adrian: "what?"

He smiles at her then open it and tell her how to drink it. She take a sip then said smiling: "yummy"

He chuckles at her cute face then she happily drinks the apple juice. She saw the colourful candies and her eyes are in happiness. She quickly opens one pack and takes a pink one. She said smiling: "Li like this also"

Adrian chuckles at the facial expressions she makes with different flavours. They reach the house in some time, she put her things back in the bag when the car entered a big gate. She put the bag aside and start looking through the window at the big house, garden and other things she smile brightly when she saw the fountain.

The car stopped in front of the house and Tyler opened the door for them. Adrian hopped off the car and give hand to Liliana to hop off the car. She said smiling: "Li know"

Adrian nodded at her and she jumped off the car almost falling in the process but Adrian grabbed her arm. She said giggling: "wow, your house so big and pretty"

He said gently: "stay beside me okay"

Liliana nods her head and gran his coat in her ting fists and they walk inside the house. He said blankly to the maid: "go call everyone downstairs"

She said simply looking down: "Sir, the boss went out for some work"

Adrian nodded at her and she went upstairs to call everyone. Lilian eyes are looking around at everything so him ing and pretty in her eyes. She looks down at herself and pouts because she is not as clean and nice. She didn't take bath this morning because she didn't like the nurse who came to bathe her so she just cleaned up her face and changed the clothes that Adrian bought her.

She mumbles to herself pouting: "that's why sir always angry. I no so nice and clean"

Adrian asked simply: "what happened baby?"

She said pouting: "I no clean and nice"

Adrian said simply: "baby, you do mice and you just a good bath to all cleaned up"

She nod at him but still pouted when they were few footsteps. She hides behind Adrian and holds her coat in her tiny fists. Adrian felt bad for getting scared then sighed. Sergio said blankly sitting on the couch: "what happened Dad?"

Liliana peek from behind Adrian and saw a tall and scary looking man sitting on the couch. He is just wearing sweatpants and his whole left hand and left shoulder are filled with tattoos till his neck. His dark green eyes are blank and then his eyes went to the other two men.

She saw another man who is wearing a t-shirt with black ripped jeans but he isn't looking that much scary in her eyes. Her eyes went to another man who is coming downstairs lazily with half-closed eyes. He run a hand through his messy hair then went towards the other couch and lay down on it.

He is also scary like Sergio and she hides her face again behind Adrian. Adrian said blankly: "I wanna introduced you to"

Sergio asked looking at Liliana little fists: "who is behind you?"

Adrian looks at Liliana then oats her head gently. Armani asked blankly looking at Sergio: "who?"

Sergio said shrugging: "can't you see those tiny hands-on Dad coat?"

Liliana's eyes widened and she quickly pull her hand back hugging herself. Adrian said blankly: "shut up, you guys are scaring her"

Sergio said blankly: "whatever but whose child you just kidnapped?"

Adrian rolled his eyes then said blankly: "She is Liliana"

Domenico mumbled grumpily: "Liliana who?"

Liliana mumbled pouting: "me"

Armani chuckled at the cute voice then said smirking: "but we can't see you so how are we gonna know who is Liliana?"

Liliana peek at him then blink her eyes a few times while saying pointing to herself: "me Liliana"

He said smirking: "so cute

Adrian said blankly: " first introduced yourself"

Sergio said blankly: "Sergio"

Armani said blankly: "Armani"

Domenico said blankly: "Domenico"

Liliana murmured: "Liliana"

Adrian said simply: "she will stay with us now"

Domenico mumbled grumbling: "you fucking adopt her"

Adrian said blankly: "I will soon"

Domenico get up and said blankly: "what the fuck Dad?"

Liliana flinches holding Adrian coat more tightly in her fist. Adrian turn towards her and pick her in his arms then said blankly: "I'm going to adopt her and no argument over that"

Domenico said blankly: "c'mon Dad, you can't just get some random child home then adopt her"

Adrian said blankly: "we will discuss this later"

He is rubbing her back while her face is snuggling into his neck. Adrian said gently: "shh it's fine baby"

Sergio said looking at Liliana: "hey listen, toddler"

Liliana frowned and didn't look at him because he don't know he is talking to her. Adrian said blankly: "she had fucking name for some reason"

Sergio roll his eyes then said blankly: "hey Liliana"

She turns towards him then pout at him. Armani said smiling: "she is so cute, like a little doll"

Sergio said looking at her: "so when you're going back to your home?"

Liliana look at Adrian them mumble: "but kind mister say God said to stay with him"

Domenico asked with one raised eyebrow: "kind mister who?"

She points toward Adrian who rubs her back. Armani said with a weird face: "why don't know that you have another name especially that kind mister so cute and funny"

Liliana pouted and snuggle into Adrian's chest then she remembered her bag of snacks. She said looking at Adrian: "down"

He frowns but put her down on her feet then she rushes outside. She said smiling at Tyler: "hello sweet voice mister"

He smile back and asked: "what happened miss Liliana?"

She said smiling at him: "my tasty food"

He nods at her and open the car door then give her the bag. She rushes inside with her bag and smiled at Adrian. Domenico said smirking: "what's in that?"

She mumbles: "tasty food"

He furrowed his eyebrows then said blankly: "show me"

She pouts then take small steps toward him and he grabs her wrist and pulls him towards him. He open the bag then said smirking: "Woah, snacks"

He get the bag from her hand then said smirking: "now you can go"

She pouts more than looks at him. She looks between him and her bag then mumble: "but kind mister get me"

Domenico said blankly: "but he is my Dad so according to this, that is also mine right"

She looks at him and nods her head. She went back to Adrian and hold her coat. She look at Domenico who had her bag of tasty food. He pulls out a bag of plain chips. Liliana eyes filled with tears and Adrian glared at Domenico who said shrugging: "I'm just teasing her"

He said simply giving her bag: "here"

She looks at him then slowly gets the bag from him and wipe her teary eyes. She said giving the plain chips pack to him: "you eat"

He internally smiles at how kind and sweet she is. Even though he is just teasing her, he still gets the whole bag from her but she still gives him her snack. He get the pack from her hand then said blankly: "thanks"

Adrian said simply: "come, baby, you need to take a bath then we will have lunch"

Liliana said making grabby hands: "up"

Chapter Three

Third-person pov

Liliana is now sitting on the bed in Adrian room enjoying her candies. Adrian is in the washroom filling the bathtub for Liliana bath. Armani came with a bag and saw her sitting on the bed. He said smiling at her: "hey Liliana"

Liliana flinch and look around for Adrian but he isn't in the room. She starts looking down and he said frowning: "hey please calm down"

Liliana nodded at her then said pouting: "sorry"

He said gently: "I wouldn't hurt you, Liliana. You can trust me"

Liliana nod her head and he said smiling: "Thanks, you're so cute and pretty"

Liliana said smiling: "thank you, pretty mister"

He chuckle at the cute nickname when Adrian came back and said simply: "come let's bath"

She asked: "you bath"

Adrian said smiling: "you're too little to bath yourself so yes"

She said smiling: "okay kind mister"

He said blankly: "you get her things"

Armani said blankly: "here"

Adrian gets the bag from him and nods at him. He pulls out another bag from it and said simply: "come, baby"

They went inside the washroom and Liliana said smiling: "wow so big"

He chuckles at her cuteness then prepare a bubbles bath for her. She said giggling: "so pretty kind mister"

He said smiling: "let's remove this dress and bath you"

Liliana giggles happily and he removes her dress and makes her sit inside the bathtub. She start playing with bubbles while he cleaned her up. He said gently: "play baby, close your eyes. I'm going to wash your hair"

Liliana nods her head and closes her eyes tightly. He pour shampoo on her head then said smiling: "what do you wanna eat?"

She said frowning: "bread and water"

He frown then said smiling: "baby, from now on you will have a proper meal than snacks, your naps and everything okay"

She asked pouting: "nap"

He said smiling: "mean sleep"

She said smiling: "oh okay"

He said simply: "don't open your eyes and mouth okay"

She shut her eyes tightly and he pours water into her hair. He washes all the shampoo from her hair and pour conditioner on her hair before they get so frizzy and dry. He rinse it off with water and also cleaned her up properly. He wrap a towel around her small figure and said smiling: "my cute little princess"

She said giggling: "I smell good"

He chuckles at her then pick her in his arms and get her to his room. He said smiling: "wait"

He gets another towel and wipes her hair gently then pick her up in his arms and get her to the mirror. He sat her on the chair which he pick from the side and pick a blow dryer and start drying her hair. She said giggling: "tickling"

He chuckle at her then said smirking: "oh so my little princess is ticklish"

He tickles her sides making her laugh and giggle loudly. He comb her hair gently then said smiling: "let make you wear clothes"

He gets her to bed and makes her stand on the bed. He picks up the bag and pulls out a cute little white dress with light blue ribbons on it from the back to the tie. He said smiling: "how is this?"

She said giggling: "pretty"

He remove the towel and dry her body then apply the cream doctor give for her scars and said smiling: "your ill find it soon"

Liliana is too busy with her dress to hear him then he makes her clothes.  He sat her down on the bed and make her wear white shoes. He said smiling: "huh perfect"

She said smuggling: "Li wanna see"

She tries to climb off the bed but can't because of her little height so Adrian picks her up and put her down on her feet. She rush to the big mirror and said giggling turning around: "so pretty"

He saw a little kitty hair in the bag so he pick it then said smiling making her wear it: "here"

She touches the hairband then says smiling: "thank you, kind mister. You make me pretty"

He says smiling: "you're a pretty princess"

His phone start ringing so he said smiling: "let's go princess"

He picks up his call and starts talking while they walk toward the stairs with Liliana. Adrian and Liliana climb off the stairs slowly because Liliana is walking slowly. She gasp and yelped in surprise when someone pick her from behind. Sergio said smirking: "calm down toddler or it wouldn't take me much time to throw you from there"

She said pouting with tears: "no ouchies please"

His eyes widened and he quickly hug her close to his chest. He gently rub her back then said simply: "I'm a sorry toddler, I didn't mean to scare you"

She sniffles and snuggles into him more. He said gently: "calm down now"

Adrian smiled at them getting along then said simply: "I will talk later about the deal"

He hang up the call and said blankly: "don't scare my princess like this again"

Liliana makes grabby hands for Adrian who pick her in his arms and her husband fall. She said pouting: "kitty"

Sergio looked at her confused and Adrian said blankly: "her hairband, pick it"

Sergio picks it up and gives it to her. She said smiling: "thank you"

They went downstairs when Giovanni was really angry over something. Liliana's eyes are staring at Giovanni dark eyes and black suit. He came toward everyone and his eyes went to Liliana who is staring at him with soft eyes. Giovanni's eyes softened and he said starting at her sliver eyes: "who is she?"

Adrian said simply: "Liliana"

Domenico said coming downstairs: "Dad is adopting her"

Giovanni looks at Adrian then back at Liliana. Liliana asked: "who?"

Giovanni said blankly: "Giovanni Rodriguez, Adrian eldest son"

Liliana asked with a smile: "kind mister baby"

Giovanni chuckled at her cute question and Domenico asked with wide eyes: "did you just laugh?"

Giovanni rolled his eyes then said blankly: "shut up"

Domenico rolled his eyes and Liliana said giggling: "Li like you"

Giovanni said simply opening his arms for her: "come"

Liliana quickly makes grabby hands for him and he picks her in his arms. He said holding her in his arms: "so Lily, how old are you?"

Liliana said smiling: "4 sweet mister"

He said with a chuckle: "you can call Giovanni"

Liliana said giggling: "Li call you Gio"

Giovanni said simply: "whatever you like. Go have lunch"

Liliana asked pouting: "you no food"

Giovanni said simply: "I'm just going freshen"

Liliana nodded and Adrian get her from Giovanni's arms then said smiling: "come, he will come in some time"

Adrian went to dining and sat Liliana on the chair next to him. He put food on his plate and put a spoon full of pasta in front of her mouth. She said pointing towards the chicken: "what that?"

Armani said smiling: "it's chicken"

She said pouting: "kind mister, Li want chicken"

He nods at her and take a bite from the chicken and put the spoon in front of her. She take a bite then said smiling: "tasty"

Giovanni came after some time and they had lunch together. Liliana is in the living room sitting between Domenico and Armani. Giovanni and Adrian are talking in his room. Giovanni likes the little girl but he wanna know why she is here and why Adrian wanna keep her.

Liliana is now falling asleep. She fall on Domenico who is going to shake her to wake up but looking at her cute face, he stopped and let her sleep. Her cute little pout and blonde hair all over her face.

After a few minutes, she went on him and cuddle him. Armani chuckled at them then said smirking: "so you're getting softy now huh. Hey how about she calls you softy mister"

Domenico glared at him and kicked him from the couch. Armani glare at him and Domenico lay on the couch because Liliana is having trouble sleeping like this. He let her cuddle him and she snuggles into him and smiles sleepily.

Liliana is standing in front of the fountain and said smiling at Adrian: "kind mister"

Adrian hummed and she said smiling: "it's pretty"

He said smiling: "you're more pretty"

She giggles and her cheeks turn pink. She said giggling looking at the butterflies: "wow colourful"

Adrian said smiling: "they are butterflies"

Liliana said giggling: "pretty butterfly"

Lilian went towards the butterfly trying to catch it but she can't. She is trying for a long time while Adrian is sitting under the shed looking at her playing happily in the garden.

Sergio is looking at her from the door. How she runs behind the butterflies to catch them but can't because they always fly away. He also likes the little girl but it's difficult for them to adjust with a little girl in their family.

Liliana is a soft, sweet and kind-hearted girl and he doesn't want her to get hurt in their lifestyle. He just wants her happy and safe but after knowing what her father did to her, he wants to keep her with them forever.

Lilian runs behind a blue and black butterfly to catch it but she can't. She is pouting when Sergio came from behind and grab the butterfly. Liliana said pouting: "please no ouchy to butterfly"

Sergio said shrugging: "you are trying to catch them right"

Liliana said pouting: "yes but no ouchy"

He said showing her the butterfly: "here see, I didn't hurt her"

Liliana nod her head and Sergio says smirking: "your hand"

She shows her hand to him. He internally chuckle at how short and cute she had looked then said simply: "here"

He put the butterfly in her hand. She had a bright smile on her face and eyes shining with happiness. Sergio had a little smile on his face looking at her cute smile. Armani says smirking: "perfect shot"

Liliana asked looking at him then at the camera in his hand: "what that?"

He said smiling: "it's a camera for clicking pictures"

She said smiling: "Li see"

He said smiling: "of course Liliana, come"

She rushed toward him and he show the picture he just clicked. She said giggling: "so pretty"

He said smiling: "thanks dear"

Liliana asked shyly: "one more picture please"

Armani said with a chuckle: "sure dear"

She rushed towards the fountain and stand in front of it with her hand in the water. Sergio smirk at her cute pose then Armani click her picture. She rushes back to him to see the picture. He shows her the picture and her eyes shine with happiness looking at the picture. She says looking at Armani: "one more with Kind mister and pretty voice mister"

Armani asked simply: "pretty voice mister"

Adrian said blankly: "Tyler"

Armani nodded at her and she went to Adrian and take pictures with him them Tyler. Armani said pouting: "why about me?"

Liliana said giggling: "okay cute mister"

He smiles at her cuteness and tells Sergio to take their pictures. They do so many poses. Domenico is looking at them from the window of the office. He also wanna go and click so many pictures with her but he doesn't wanna show anyone, he is soft for anyone.

Rodriguez family love the little girl running around the house laughing and giggling. They all want to protect her and give her the love she deserves. They wanna protect her from all the bad things in the world.

Chapter Four

Third-person pov

It's been a week since Liliana came to stay with Adrian and his family. She is happy to stay with them. They're all so soft and nice to her. They always try to be so gentle and caring towards her.

Liliana woke up from her peaceful sleep in the middle of the night. She rubs her eyes looking at Adrian. She is feeling thirsty so she slipped from his arms making him frown. She gently pats his head then said giggling: "kind mister is so cute"

She climbed off the bed with a little difficulty. She went towards the door and pouted while looking at the doorknob. She went on her tiptoes then slowly open the door. She went out in the hallway and went downstairs holding the railing tightly don't want to fall.

She reaches downstairs and went to the kitchen. She said pouting: "ahh now glass"

She climbs onto the counter with a little difficulty then said smiling: "now glass"

She picks the glass and looked to climb off the counter. She put the glass on the counter and try to climb off the counter when she felt someone pick her up from behind making her gasp in surprise. She turns around and looks at Domenico.

He is staring at her with a raised eyebrow. He said blankly: "what you're trying to do darling?"

She mumbles in his arms wiggling: "thirsty Dami"

He roll his eyes and sat her on the counter. He said simply: "where is Dad?"

She said giggling: "kind mister sleeping cutely. I slide from the bed and came to drink water"

He said simply: "stay here"

She nods at him rocking her legs back and forth. He pours some water into the glass for her and gives it to her. She take a few sips from the water and asked: "why out night?"

He understands what she is trying to ask so he said blankly: "I always went out late at night"

She drinks the half glass of water then give the glass back to Domenico. He put the glass in the dishwasher. He asked scratching his neck: "do you wanna sleep with me?"

Liliana says giggling: "yes"

He chuckle at her and pick her in his arms then said simply: "come"

He walks upstairs to his room and said simply: "so what did you learn new today?"

She said giggling: "I learn Alphabet, counting and sums"

He said smirking sitting her on the bed: "good"

He went to the closer and changed into sweatpants. She asked pouting when he came back to the room: "do you see monsters in the dark?"

Domenico looked at her confused then said simply: "monster"

She said simply: "yes, Armani told me about monsters who eat babies"

He said smirking laying on the bed on his stomach looking at her: "I'm the monster people talk about"

She look at him with wide eyes then said pouting: "will you eat me?"

He said with a chuckle pulling her on him: "no darling, this monster will protect you from all the bad monsters"

She said giggling snuggling into his neck: "oh li like this monster"

He chuckles and pull a blanket on them and turn off the lights. He said stroking her hair: "good night darling"

Adrian woke up on an empty bed and his eyes widened. He quickly gets up and rushes towards the washroom. He didn't find her so he rush into the hallway and knock on Giovanni door. He open the door then said simply: "what happened Dad?"

Adrian said worriedly: "Liliana is not there"

Giovanni yelled from upstairs: "Tyler, find Liliana"

All of them start looking for her here and there worried. Liliana pout hearing all those noises from outside and snuggle closer to Domenico back. Domenico groaned and get up hearing all those noises. He went out of the room then said running a hand through his hair: "what the fuck happens early in the morning, that you're shouting like this?"

Armani said panicking: "Liliana, she is missing"

Domenico said blankly: "she is sleeping peacefully with me"

Armani texted others and Adrian came toward him. Before he can say anything, Domenico said blankly: "I came late at night and saw her in the kitchen for water. I helped her and asked her if she wanna sleep so that's how we ended up together"

Adrian sighed opened the door then looked inside the room. He sighed with a little smile when he saw her sleeping peacefully. Domenico said blankly: "don't make plans with her, I'm taking her to park with me"

He closed the door and look at the watch only at 5 am. He again lay next to her and fall asleep. He is sleeping sideways while Liliana is hugging him while her one leg is on his torso and hands wrapped around his bicep.

Armani came inside silently and take a few pictures of them sleeping together. They both are looking so cute. He went towards Liliana and peck her forehead gently not to take a wake then look at his younger brother who look so cute sleeping peacefully after such a long time. He always went out at night and came late morning. Armani smiled at his brother then peck his forehead gently and walk out of the room.

Domenico woke up from his sleep with the bright sunlight coming from the window. He groans and Liliana snuggle into his chest hiding her face from the sunlight. He looks down at the little figure sleeping on him. He let out a small chuckle and let her sleep a little more. He picks up his phone then start scrolling through his phone.

He saw a text from his father and brothers that they are going out for some work so he need to take care of Liliana. He mumbles to himself: "so now, I'm a babysitter for today"

Liliana mumble something on his chest then said pouting: "strawberry"

He shook his head in amusement then said simply: "you need to get up now"

Liliana rubs her eyes then look up at him. She said giggling: "good morning, Dami monster"

He said simply: "go take a bath and get ready"

She said wrapping her hands around his neck: "you bath me Dami, kind mister said I'm little, a baby"

He asked with wide eyes: "I never bath a kid"

She pouts and gives him puppy dog eyes. He said simply: "fine let's watch a video"

He starts a video about how to bathe kids because he doesn't say to hurt. She is so small and it always scares him that what if he holds her tightly or she gets hurt somewhere. Liliana saw the one then said simply: "I'm not that little"

He starts another video of a toddler kid but the lady in the video just keep talking about do's and don't. Liliana said simply: "Li know bathing, Li teach you"

He groaned: "fuck it"

Liliana said giggling: "what fuck does it mean?"

He said shrugging: "when you don't like something so just say fuck it"

She said giggling: "new word wow"

His eyes when he realised what he had just taught her. He said quickly: "don't say it in front of anyone okay"

She said pouting: "okay"

He said simply: "let's go, get clothes for you and also your other things"

She make grabby hands for him so he pick her in his arms then went towards Adrian room. He put her down on her feet and opens the blue door walk-in closet. He starts looking for her clothes and said simply: "what should I choose?"

He picks a black top and light green joggers pants for her. He said smirking: "you will look like my sister in this outfit"

She said frowning: "am I not now?"

He said quickly: "I didn't mean it like that darling"

She said smiling: "okay"

He said simply: "let's bath you"

She giggles and rushes to the washroom. She quickly turns on the tap to fill the bathtub. He remove her clothes when she said quickly: "I wanna poop"

He said simply: "I'm waiting outside but do it fast and knick on the door when you're done"

He close the door behind and she quickly did her business. Domenico is on the call with his father. Adrian said blankly: "there is a bag in her closet, that I prepared for her necessary things that she would need anytime. Take it with you going out"

He said blankly: "yes Dad I will. I will keep my eyes on her. I would by leave her alone. I will stay right beside her if she went on some ride"

Liliana knock on the door and Domenico open the door then said blankly: "bye Dad, I need to get her ready"

She yelled from the washroom: "Dami my brush"

Domenico says simply: "wait for a second"

He is listening to his father's instructions while Liliana is yelling for him to find her brush. He said hanging up the call: "wait a minute brat. I never knew you're a brat"

She said pouting: "kind mister, never get angry"

Domenico roll his eyes then give her the brush and says simply: "here and I'm sorry"

Liliana said pouting: "Li also sorry. Kind said it's bad manners to yell"

He said gently: "it's fine"

She brushes her teeth and rinses off her mouth. She said smiling: "done"

He nod and sat her inside the bathtub. He gently applies body wash on her clean her properly. He rinses off the foam from her body and wraps a towel around her. He picks her up and gets her back to the room. He wipe her body and going to make her wear clothes when she said pointing towards the drawer: "kind mister apply crema before clothes"

He nods and gets the cream from the drawer. He applies the cream to her body and made her wear clothes. He said smirking: "beautiful"

Liliana giggle and said smiling: "thank you Dami"

He said simply: "now your hair"

He combs her hair while trying to be as gentle as he can. Liliana said frowning: "ahh don't pull hair Dami"

He said packing her hair: "sorry darling"

She is happy playing with her elephant teddy. Domenico groaned while thinking about what to do with her hair. It's hurt her when he just combs her hair, if he Atty to do any hairstyle, it gonna hurt more. He put a hair clip on the princess on her hair and leave them open.

He make her wear black sneakers and said smiling: "now you're done"

He sat her in his room with a barbie movie and went to take a shower. He changed into ripped jeans and a black shirt. He wears his combat shoes and picks his jacket. He runs a hand through his messy hair while saying: "let's go, darling"

Liliana smile happily and they went downstairs. He makes her cornflakes and sheets them happily. He remembers the bag and said simply: "wait, I will be back"

He rushes back upstairs and gets the bag from Adrian room. They went to his car and put the bag in the back seat. He said opening the door for her: "you wouldn't leave my side outside okay"

She said smiling: "okay"

He sat her inside the car and buckle up properly. He went to his side and sat inside. He checks her properly before speeding off to the road. He stopped in front of the park. Liliana's eyes lit up looking at the Park. He parks the car on the other side of the road parking and hopped off the car.

He unbuckle Liliana and she also hopped off the car with Domenico help. Domenico saw vehicles going here and there so he pick her in his arms. He is waiting for the red light to cross the road when Liliana start wiggling in his arms. She said pouting: "Li wanna play"

He said blankly: "don't be a brat or we're going back home"

Liliana pout and snuggle it into his chest. Lights went red and he cross the road. He went inside the Park and put her on her feet. He said blankly: "be careful, don't go far away. I'm sitting here on the bench. Go play"

Liliana giggle and rush towards the swing to play. A girl is sitting there so she pout and went to seesaw. She saw she us alone here so she is looking for someone to play with her when a little bit came towards. He said smiling: "you wanna play"

Liliana nod her head excitedly and hopped on the seesaw with the little helo of the blonde-haired boy. He went to another side and they start playing happily.  He said smiling: "Mason"

Liliana said giggling: "Liliana"

She saw the swing is free so she said giggling: "swing"

He helped her down and they went to swing. Liliana is happily sitting on the swing while Mason is pushing the swing. A blonde-haired girl came toward them and said simply: "it's my swing"

Liliana said frowning: "but I'm sitting here"

She pushes liliana making her fall to the ground and hurt her knee. She starts crying loudly while Mason is trying to confront her. He said angrily: "why did you hurt her?"

She said glaring at Liliana: "because she sat on my swing and you're my brother"

Mason said angrily: "I will tell Dad what you did to Liliana"

Domenico hears liliana crying and rushes towards her. He look at her than her bleeding knee which she scrapped. She said pouting: "Dami"

He hugs her and picks her in his arms. She rub her back and said angrily: "How did she fall?"

Mason said simply: "My sister Bri push her from the swing"

Domenico look at the blonde-haired little girl who is now hiding behind her mother. He said angrily glaring at her mother: "give some fucking manners to your child. If she wasn't just a little girl that I killed her for hurting my darling"

Mason said frowning: "Liliana"

Domenico said blankly: "thanks for confronting her"

He gets her back to the car and tries to pull away but she keeps on sobbing loudly which is breaking his heart looking at her in this condition. He felt so bad for her getting her. He just to kill that stupid kid for hurting his darling but he can't hurt a fucking child.

Chapter Five

Third-person pov

Domenico gets Liliana back to the car and tries to pull away but she keeps on sobbing loudly which is breaking his heart looking at her in this condition. He felt so bad for her getting her. He just to kill that stupid kid for hurting his darling but he can't hurt a fucking child.

He said gently "I'm sorry darling. I should be careful and stay near you"

She is sobbing loudly with hiccups while her breathing gets shorter and shorter each second. He said gently: "shh relax. We will make it fine okay. Calm down"

He picks up the bag and pulls out the water bottle and little cup. He pours some water for her and makes her drink it slowly. He keeps rubbing her back making her calm down. He put the cup aside and pull the first-aid kit from the bag.

He said gently: "it will be fine okay"

Liliana mumbled pouting: "itchy"

He looks at her torn joggers then pull out the shorts from the bag. Adrian put some more clothes for her in the bag. He said simply: "we will remove these pants and wear shorts okay"

Liliana nods her head and he removes the joggers careful don't want to hear more. She said pouting: "hurt Dami"

He said simply: "I know darling, I'm sorry but it will be fine soon"

He pulls out his hanky from his pocket and wet it with water. He gently cleans her knees for the dirt. He keeps on saying good words to her making her relax. She is snuggling into his side rubbing her face on his chest. He pours some disinfectant on the cotton then look at her and said gently: "it will sting a little darling"

She pout and hissed when the cotton touched her scrapped knees. She said crying: "hurt no more"

His heart clenched painfully hearing her crying like that. He wants to take her pain away if he can but he can't. He didn't hurt him when he get shot or hurt anywhere. He just felt numb there but looking at her just a little wound makes him feel all the pain, he forgets years ago.

He said gently: "I'm so sorry about parking but you will be done soon okay, just a little more"

He clean the would and pulled out a barbie bandage from the kit. He said smiling: "see barbie, you like barbie right"

She frowns and nods her head still pouting. He sighed feeling bad for her then bandaged it. He said smiling: "good now"

Liliana nod her head but didn't smile like she always does. He makes her wear the shorts carefully and put everything back in the bag. He said simply: "let's go"

He sat Liliana on her seat and buckle her up properly. He checks her before speeding off to the road. He is thinking of a way to smile again. He said smirking: "you must be hungry, right darling"

Liliana keep starting at her knee then said pouting: "hungry, can li talk to kind mister?"

He says smiling: "sure darling, but once we reach the restaurant"

Liliana nods her head while keep staring at her knee. He sighed then stopped in front of a restaurant. He said smirking walking towards her side: "so what you wanna eat my darling?"

Liliana didn't say anything so he just picked her in his arms and closed the car door. He picked the car back and went inside the restaurant. He said blankly at the reception: "table for two and one high chairs"

The receptionist girl smirked at him then licks her lips making him smirk at her.  She said smiling: "this way sir"

He walks behind her towards the table in the open garden side. A man came with a high chair and put it in its place. He left and Dami try to sit her down on the seat but Liliana didn't leave him so he sat down with her in his lap hugging him tightly snuggling into his chest.

He saw she didn't like the girl and he also notice that before she doesn't like people near her except the one she trust. It's scared her so much so he said blankly to the girl: "leave and send a waiter for our order"

She now down in front of him then left from there. He said gently: "she is gone darling"

Liliana look around then smiled because this place is filled with different flowers and trees. She said smiling: "pretty"

He always came in this restaurant and about that receptionists, Domenico fucked her a few times. He hold her tiny face in his big hands then peck her forehead and said smiling: "I'm glad you smile again"

Liliana said giggling: "Li like it"

He said smiling: "that's good"

She said pouting: "I need to pee Dami"

He roll his eyes then said blankly: "come"

He gets to the men's washroom where are some men are. She said covering her eyes: "how can I go there?'

He said simply: " Sorry, I forgot you're a girl. I can't go to the girl's washroom"

She said simply: "you just stay outside and open that button"

He nod and unbuttoned her pants. She quickly rushes inside the bathroom. She came back after a minute and he button up her pants and helped her in washing hands. They went back to their place and he called Adrian because Liliana wanna talk to him.

She said frowning: "kind mister"

Adrian asked in a soft voice: "yes princess"

She said smiling: "miss you"

Adrian said with a chuckle: "me too princess"

She talk a while when she saw a waiter and snuggle into his chest again while talking in a whisper. Domenico indeed for both of them and Liliana hang up the call after a while. Their orders arrived and they had lunch there.

They went to reception when the girl winked at Domenico making Liliana gasp. Domenico looked at Liliana then the girl said simply: "what about tonight? My shift is free tonight"

Liliana said pouting: "we no free and Dami is my no your"

Domenico chuckled at her cute possessiveness then Liliana said simply: "let's go Dami"

Domenico nos at her and they walk out of the restaurant. Liliana glare at her then stuck her tongue at her making her look at her with wide. They sat inside the car and sped off to the road.

Liliana is playing in the living room sitting on the floor making a house with blocks. She said looking at Adrian: "then that mean girl push me and I fall"

Adrian said hugging her: "I'm sorry princess, I should be there to hug you "

She said giggling: "Dami is nice. He hugs me and gives me so many kisses"

Everyone turn toward Domenico is sleeping on the couch while his hand is hanging from the couch. Giovanni said simply: "that's good"

Liliana said giggling: "yes and he told me he is a big scary monster"

Armani said smirking: "And"

Liliana said with a face trying to scare everyone: "he changed into a big scary monster at night and went out"

Armani asked showing a scared face: "oh that's scary then what does he do going out at night"

She said: "he eat people"

He asked with big eyes: "that scary and bad right"

Liliana said shrugging: "no, he only eats bad monsters and people"

Armani asked smirking: "are you not scared of him?"

Liliana said giggling: "no he is a nice and cute monster, he will protect me"

Adrian said with a chuckle looking at Domenico then back at Liliana: "he will for sure"

Sergio came inside and almost tripped on her piece of block. He said groaning: "fuck, thank God"

Liliana said giggling: "hello beard man"

Sergio his eyes then said blankly: "how did you get hurt?"

She said rolling her eyes tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear: "ahh li is tired of explaining again and again"

Sergio said with a gasp while others chuckle at her cuteness: "that little brat is showing attitude to me"

Sergio grab her arm and she said pouting: "not that tight"

Sergio quickly leaves her arm and start looking for any bruise or something. Armani said smirking: "Most feared man is scared"

Sergio said rolling his eyes sitting on the couch: "she just too ticking tiny and it scared me of her getting hurt"

Armani said shrugging: "she is not made of glass"

Sergio said shrugging: "she came a little above my knees. You know sometimes when I walk inside the house and she was sitting on the living room floor. The first cross my mind what if I step on her by mistake"

Armani laugh at him and Giovanni says rolling his eyes: "she is not even that tiny"

Sergio said simply: "c'mon she is so tiny. Look at her hands and legs, her fingers. Will she always stay like that? I wanna play with her but she is so fragile and it really scares me if I hold her tightly or something like that"

Adrian said smirking: "that's the first time I saw concerned for someone"

He shrugged and Liliana asked looking at Sergio with soft eyes: "will you kick me?"

He look at her confused and she said pouting: "no step on my hand. It's hurt so bad"

He said frowning: "I didn't mean it like that Liliana"

She said pouting: "no stepping on hand"

He said gently: "no"

She nod her head and went into his lap. She said giggling: "Li like you beard man"

He said with a chuckle: "sure"

Adrian said smirking: "she will sleep with you tonight then"

Sergio looked at him with wide eyes then said simply: "what if I"

Adrian and Giovanni said at the same time: "you will be fine"

Sergio sighed then look at her giggling happily with her blocks in her hand. Domenico also woke up from his sleep then said simply: "is it dinner time? I'm starving"

Adrian rolled his eyes then said simply: "yes now get up lazy ass"

Domenico sit up straight while yawning. Giovanni said simply: "lily pick your toy and put them aside before dinner"

Liliana nods her head and quickly start putting her toys in the little basket. She said frowning: "there are 50 blocks but they're only 49"

Armani said simply: "let's find out you block"

They start looking for her blocks and find them under the couch. She tries to reach it but can't. Armani said simply: "let me"

Liliana said frowning: "fuck it"

Domenico choked in air and others eyes widened. Sergio said blankly: "what you just said?"

Giovanni asked simply: "From where did you learn this?"

Liliana said giggling: "Dami"

Adrian glared at him then said blankly: "clean all the garage and cars"

Domenico groaned then Sergio said simply: "it's a bad word toddler, you wouldn't say that again"

Liliana nod her head like a good girl and Armani gets her last piece of block out and put it in the basket. He put her basket aside then they went to have dinner.

Sergio is laying on the bed in the far corner. Liliana is sleeping on the whole bed. She rolls on the bed and tries to find something to cuddle but Sergio is not getting closer to her while thinking about her getting hurt. Liliana rolls a little more and Sergio you'll be away from her reach and fall to the floor. He rubs the back of his head then groaned.

Liliana get up and said pouting rubbing her eyes: "why on the floor?"

Sergio roll his eyes then said simply: "you sleep, I'm fine"

Liliana said pouting: "cuddles please"

He sighed then lay on the bed and Liliana snuggled into him. She falls asleep again in just a few minutes while Sergio is still awake keeping an eye on her. After a few hours, he ended up falling asleep.

Sergio woke up in the morning and groaned. He look around and didn't see Liliana next to him. His eyes widened while thinking what if he pushed her from the bed in sleep. He is going to get up when he felt someone hugging his legs so peel off the blanket and saw Liliana sleeping peacefully hugging his legs.

He shook his head in amusement but start thinking about how ended up in this position. He is so peaceful in his sleep while she just rolls on the whole bed while sleeping. He picks up his phone and clicks a few pictures of her cute sleeping position.

He said simply: "good morning, Liliana"

She frowns and snuggles into his legs more than pout because of the light in the room. She mumbles pouting while drooling from his mouth on his leg: "candy"

He groan and said simply: "I should wake her up before she eats my toes while dreaming about her candies"

He said picking her: "c'mon wake up toddler"

He woke her up after a long time then said simply: "let's get you back to Dad so he can get you ready"

Liliana is still half asleep so she didn't pay much attention to what he said and snuggle into his neck. He went to his father but he is not there. He calls him but Adrian text him back: "take care of her, we're out for some work"

Sergio groaned: "Now I need to fucking babysit her. How I'm gonna bath that small creature?"
